Maple Sugaring

It’s Maple Sugaring season! Maple Sugaring began at Oxford with Mr. Dietrich. It has now turned into an integral part of the Science curriculum. Mr. Forrest and Mr. Price began the week by having students identify trees, where to drill holes and how to extract sap.
